Strategy doesn’t know the technical limits. Development doesn’t know the domain logic. Operations inherits both, along with the consequences. Whatever actually mattered tends to disappear in exactly those handovers.
I work across those lines. I design the concept, build it and make sure it keeps running afterwards. One point of contact, one continuous logic, no finger-pointing between trades.
Development
Software that reaches production and stays there. From the first design through the data model to the application that actually carries the working day.
AI & Simulation
Models that genuinely perform, and simulations whose results are reproducible. I combine rule-based cores with machine learning, not the other way round.
Hosting
Applications, websites, mail and cloud on infrastructure I run myself. Including monitoring, backups and deliverability.
Design & Brand Psychology
Design that makes a decision. A brand works before anyone reads a word, and that effect can be planned.
A well-practised network
Concept, architecture and responsibility always sit with me. When a project reaches a size I can no longer handle on my own, I work with a tight circle of specialists. You still deal with one contact person, and in the end someone who answers for the result.
